Nate has over 30 years of experience in finance, education, and strategic project management.
Over the years, Nate realized the importance of supporting CPA partners, but also strengthening their existing business relationships with niche service offerings. This approach has delivered the maximum benefit to our clients while maintaining a level of understanding that their day-to-day business operations drive the relationship.
Nate lives in Wallingford, Pennsylvania with his wife and two high school boys. Nate enjoys watching college football, Philadelphia sports, golf, animals.

Al’s career covered over 20 years of extensive industrial engineering experience working for high-profile companies such as Ingersoll-Rand and Saint-Gobain where he has multiple patents.
Al has a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology and is knowledgeable in Lean, ISO, and Six Sigma methodology. His involvement with product and process innovations and improvements is instrumental in helping clients define their qualifying activities.
Al works closely with CPAs and manages client relationships in the greater NYC area, advising them on the tax regulations and how to gain maximum benefits from the federal and state R&D tax incentives.

Qudus Hamid
Director Engineering
Qudus Hamid has more than 18 years of advanced manufacturing and control system experience in the fields of biotechnology and aerospace. His areas of expertise include hardware and software design and development of 3D bioprinting technology, in vitro tissue implants, precision metal patterning, and stealth technology.
Qudus is the author of over 14 refereed journal articles, 18 conference proceedings, and two book chapters, and he is a co-author of the book Additive Fabrication of Cell-Laden Microfluidic Devices. He also holds six approved patents in the field of additive manufacturing and currently has five patent applications pending.
Qudus earned his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and Mechanics from Drexel University.
